This was a fantastic experience, though the check-in process could be improved—perhaps by allowing waivers to be completed beforehand. We would certainly choose this company again.
We participated in a small boat eco tour with another couple and had a fantastic experience. Captain Russ was excellent, asking us about our interests. The weather was ideal, and the water was smooth. He navigated through the mangroves and shared his extensive knowledge of the ecosystem, taking ample time to highlight wildlife. We also visited a shipwreck. Although we didn't encounter manatees or dolphins, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend this tour.
While we didn't encounter as much wildlife as we had hoped, we still had an enjoyable time. I think there might have been better options for our $200 for the three of us. Additionally, the boat was smaller than anticipated, and there wasn't enough shade for all passengers.
The trip was fantastic! Captain Russ was friendly and had a wealth of knowledge about the Keys. We spotted manatees, birds, mangroves, coral reef fossils, and beautiful homes. It was an enjoyable tour that I would highly recommend.
We truly enjoyed our experience. The cost for a semi-private boat tour was quite fair, and we were happy to secure a booking on short notice. We were thrilled to see the manatees, and our captain made an effort to find other wildlife despite the weather difficulties. Learning about Key Largo's history and geology was also a highlight.
I had a thoroughly enjoyable experience with James, our outstanding guide. He shared the background of Adams Cut, took us to see manatees, and provided insights about the mangrove ecosystem. This was my third eco tour, and it was the best I've attended.
The Keys Eco Tour with Capt. Russ was incredible! There were just four of us, making it feel like a private experience. Russ was friendly and knowledgeable about Key Largo and the surrounding Keys. We observed manatees, a dolphin, a sea turtle, and many birds. I highly recommend this tour! Thank you, Capt. Russ!
My wife has mobility issues, so we called the day prior to confirm her wheelchair would fit on the boat. We arrived early at the dock, where the Captain kindly consulted my wife about her comfort getting on the boat. Then, everyone on the trip had to complete a form on a tablet and take a selfie, which was time-consuming; I understand it’s for security, but it might be faster if the office handled it for us since not everyone found it easy. The trip itself was incredible; the Captain spotted a manatee, starfish, crocodile, and heron. He provided us with information throughout the cruise and was very patient. I highly recommend this experience.
Our tour was fantastic! We encountered manatees, various birds, a turtle, a shark, barracuda, and dolphins that leaped in our boat's wake. Bobby, our guide, was exceptionally knowledgeable and spotted many animals. We finished the tour with dolphins jumping behind us. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and highly recommend Bobby as a guide.
The guide was highly knowledgeable and experienced with the area. Despite our worries about inclement weather, he checked the radar, discussed our options, and assured us he wouldn't conduct a tour if there was any risk of lightning. Overall, I would rate it a perfect 10.
