The trip was fantastic. A 40-minute boat ride takes you through stunning waters to the reef, where you'll snorkel for around 45 minutes. The reef is teeming with marine life; we spotted eels, crabs, vibrant fish, and even a nurse shark. Life vests and pool noodles are available for those who are less experienced at snorkeling. However, it's important to note that while masks and flippers are provided, snorkels are not included, so it’s advisable to bring your own to avoid paying extra to the tour company. You will keep the snorkel but without a mask, it won’t be of much use. If you're prone to motion sickness, consider taking medication beforehand, especially since the waves can be unsettling, particularly on an empty stomach. You're welcome to bring snacks and drinks onboard.
The experience was fantastic, and the staff was wonderful. Even though it was windy and cool, I thoroughly enjoyed it. There was an abundance of fish and coral. Justus, Liber, and Captain Rick were very friendly and involved.
The advertisement was misleading. While the crew was fantastic, the tour only took us to one location instead of multiple spots as suggested. Additionally, they charged $15 for snorkels in the shop.
