Our family, which includes my husband and our three elementary school-aged children, had a wonderful time on this tour. It was engaging and lasted just the right amount of time. The beautiful scenery and rich history were captivating, and Jeff provided extensive knowledge about local plants, animals, traditions, and history. The experience was delightful, perfectly paced, and we truly enjoyed ourselves.
The tour was fantastic, despite the heavy rain. Our guide Jeff was excellent in leading us through the Tongass temperate rain forest while sharing interesting insights. It was an easy walk of about 1.5 miles. The totem tour was also enjoyable, thanks to Jeff's engaging storytelling, as he is married to a First Nation woman. We were a small group of six people.
Jamie was an outstanding guide during our private tour of the rainforest. It was a true treasure to discover and appreciate the untouched beauty of nature.
The hike through the rainforest was enjoyable, and the insights about the local flora and fauna were appreciated. However, we felt somewhat hurried while exploring the Totem Pole park.
This was an outstanding trip! The scenery was completely different, and our guide was friendly, ensuring his commentary kept the walk engaging and enjoyable for everyone. I highly recommend it.
We were fortunate to have Kevin as our private guide. He was excellent and shared a wealth of knowledge about the history and significance of the totem pole carvings.
The tour was incredibly enjoyable. Our guides, Jamie and Brian, were fantastic, especially Jamie, who is a local and shared her extensive knowledge about the area's plants and their uses. We visited a stunning waterfall and saw beautiful totem poles at Potlatch park, along with the clan houses where we learned about their significance. Jamie was not only well-informed but also entertaining, and she met us right on time at the designated spot. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
Kevin provided an outstanding tour! His deep knowledge from having lived in the area for a long time really shone through. It was a fun and unforgettable experience. Thank you, Kevin!
The guide we had was incredibly knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and engaging. We were fortunate to enjoy beautiful weather during our visit.
Our walk through the rain forest during a light drizzle with Kevin was fantastic. He was exceptional, highlighting the local flora, fauna, and history. His sense of humor added to our enjoyment, making the experience thoroughly memorable.
