We were told to wait at the hotel by the security gate at 6pm for a maximum 10-minute wait, but the driver arrived 40 minutes late. Standing outside in the heat, we asked why we couldn't wait in the lobby and were informed the driver only collects from the designated spot. The trip was from Kemer to the Land of Legends, so all passengers should have been on the bus from Kemer. However, the driver picked up two additional groups in Antalya, which extended our journey to nearly three hours. Passengers who were already onboard shared their frustration about waiting over three hours. We were promised a 7:30pm arrival but didn’t reach the park until 9:15pm, leaving us only 2 hours and 45 minutes to explore. Our time there felt rushed as we had to quickly eat and find a spot for the 10pm show, but by then, there were no spots available. The service was very poor, especially since we were traveling with a baby, and the delays affected his meal schedule.

The show was fantastic and definitely worth attending. Although you'll return home quite late, it’s all part of the experience. I wish I could have spent more time at the huge complex, as there is so much to see and do.
The driver was excellent and very polite, while the timing was perfect, making the trip quite smooth. I would definitely recommend this experience to friends and family.
The journey was decent, but I wouldn't really call the vehicle air-conditioned; it seemed more like the driver had the air on for his own comfort. If you can, sit near the front. Aside from that, it fulfilled its promise of picking up and dropping off for the round trip.
