This experience was the highlight of our trip. We were picked up promptly and drove about an hour from the old town to Kemer. The entire team was friendly and supportive. The dive was thoroughly explained, and safety for all divers was prioritized. Oki, our dive instructor, spoke perfect German, was knowledgeable about his craft, and was incredibly personable. Highly recommended.
This was an extremely dangerous diving experience. Anyone over 14 is allowed to do a discovery dive with minimal instruction. During my trip, I witnessed several people panic after being told to jump into 5m/15ft deep water. One individual struggled so much that she couldn't be helped for some time. For those of us doing open water dives to 20m/60ft, the dive briefing lasted only 30 seconds, with vague advice to hold onto a partner and resurface after 10 minutes if you lose them. They assembled our gear without allowing us to inspect it. Despite my protests, I was rushed to check my equipment. I discovered air leaking from my tank, but the instructor dismissed my concerns. I also didn’t receive a depth meter, and my buoyancy control device lacked a connection for my second regulator. As I am certified in the US and accustomed to weighing in pounds, I had to ask for help converting to kilograms. Weighing 70kg, I was given 10kg, which was far too much. Despite my better judgment and pressure from staff, I inflated my buoyancy control device and entered the water with what they claimed was a full tank of 150 BAR. During descent, my wife noticed large bubbles escaping from my tank, but the instructor reassured us. I felt myself sinking rapidly and had to work hard to descend at a controlled pace. Once at the bottom, I attempted to achieve neutral buoyancy by inflating my device, but I kept sinking. I informed my instructor of the issue, and although he tried to adjust my weights, the dive captain ultimately intervened, instructing me to ascend due to problems with my gear. Thanks to the timely intervention, I surfaced with only about 25 BAR of air left after only a few minutes underwater. Additionally, we ascended without a safety stop, and I left the experience with a significant headache.
I had a great time on my first diving experience. I felt a bit anxious initially because the equipment wasn't properly set up during my first attempt, but I was lucky to be able to communicate with my instructor. Overall, I successfully completed my first test to obtain my professional diving license.
I had a wonderful experience with a lively group of people. The staff was incredibly friendly, the location was excellent, and the overall environment and atmosphere were fantastic. The instructors were also very professional.
Eric did an excellent job guiding us through the booking process and the tour. I highly recommend this experience for beginners as well. The divers were professional and always ready to assist.
The experience was disappointing. Despite being open water scuba-certified, I found out the tour was actually a discovery/trial dive, which wasn’t clear at the time of booking. There was a 30-minute delay for pickup and by 11:40 a.m., we were still waiting at the port. The trip felt chaotic with significant gaps of inactivity and confusion on board. I paid an additional $30 for a second “long” dive, but the first dive only lasted 30 minutes, with half that time spent on the instructor trying to free an octopus from a rock. By 2 p.m., we were still just 200 meters from the port at the first dive site. I asked to be dropped off early and received a refund for the second dive. Before the trip, I requested a detailed itinerary with specific departure and return times from Capella Travel, but I did not receive any useful information. The lack of communication, along with noticeable disputes between the captain and a female crew member, made the experience even worse.
I went scuba diving in Antalya this June and it was a memorable experience, despite the less-than-ideal water conditions. Although June is a busy month and the sea was somewhat murky with limited visibility, the positives outweighed this drawback. From the beginning to the end, the organization was impressive. Our driver to the marina was exceptional—very friendly and on time. The boat ride was comfortable, with a welcoming staff, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. Exploring the rocky coastline and mountains was truly breathtaking. Even with imperfect scuba conditions, the stunning scenery made the experience unforgettable. The instructors were professional, patient, and friendly. Our coach was particularly polite and accommodating. It was clear that the entire team was knowledgeable, ensuring a safe and smooth day. Overall, I highly recommend this trip, particularly for the views and excellent service. Just keep in mind that underwater visibility can fluctuate with the season.
The diving team was very attentive and placed a strong emphasis on safety, which greatly enhanced the experience for me as a first-time diver.
This app is truly one of the best for organizing outings. The transfer arrived right on schedule, the trip itself was incredible, and the return transfer was flawless as well.
I had an incredible day; it was a fantastic experience. The staff were very friendly, and I appreciated the opportunity to extend my dive, which was definitely worth the additional cost.
