Reviews
The tour was excellent, and Gozde, our guide, provided great information and kept everyone well-informed. We had a lot of fun.
The tour was disappointing and not as advertised. I suggest investing in a better experience. We spent 2.25 hours on a coach from 8 am with malfunctioning air conditioning and broken seats, and our driver seemed frustrated, taking smoke breaks as new passengers boarded. The ride from Beldibi to Antalya should have taken about 50 minutes but felt longer. We did visit a second waterfall relatively quickly, which was a plus. However, we were taken to a jewelry store on an industrial estate where we had to wait 45 minutes, effectively locked in until the bus returned. Lunch was at a kebab shop around 2:30 pm, which was acceptable, before heading to a boat ride that lasted briefly. After returning to shore, we walked up to the old town where we had just 45 minutes to explore. The tour guide spent minimal time with us, giving one-minute explanations at each stop. There was no discussion about the optional cable car, making it feel more like a wasted day with a frustrating amount of time spent on the bus looping around Antalya.
The cable car was closed by the government after a fatal incident in April, so there was no trip on it. Our family couldn't sit together on the bus due to overcrowding. We were picked up at 7:30 am and spent hours driving around, only to have one hour in the old town. We had to visit a jewelry factory, where staff followed us, encouraging purchases. It felt like we drove past the same places in the city multiple times.
The overall experience was decent, but improvements are needed. My itinerary matched the Antalya Day Tour with Boat, yet I was asked to review the tour to Antalya from Kemer. The reservation instructed me to wait at the hotel’s main entrance, but the driver was actually outside the gate, leading to a minor initial confusion. We traveled in a van to the first stop, picking up other tourists along the way, and then had to wait locked inside the van while the driver went outside without explaining what the delay was or how long it would last. After 15 minutes, a guide from another company arrived to inform us that we would be joining their group and would transfer to a larger bus; it would have been helpful to have received notice of this change earlier. The itinerary was mostly enjoyable, though I would have preferred more free time in the old city instead of spending 1 hour and 15 minutes at a jewelry shop that felt more like a tourist trap. The guide was excellent and humorous. The booking process was also efficient, with quick responses on WhatsApp and good flexibility. I wouldn't recommend it for families with young children due to the numerous stairs in the old city and Marina.
Apo, our guide, was very helpful, and Eric played a key role in organizing everything. We had a wonderful day and really enjoyed exploring the beautiful old town.
This excursion was truly excellent and a great value for the price. The historical tour of Antalya was enjoyable, the boat ride pleasant, and the visit to the stunning Duden waterfalls was a highlight. There was also a shopping break, and the included lunch was delicious. I highly recommend it.
The waterfalls offer a fantastic view, but be prepared for relentless upselling throughout the experience. From the jewelry showroom to lunch and the boat ride, there is ongoing pressure to make purchases.
Avoid this tour if you are looking for breathtaking waterfalls. We were taken to a jewelry shop, which seemed out of place for the itinerary. The lunch was enjoyable, and the guide's English was excellent.
This tour was excellent! We experienced so much, including a beautiful waterfall, a boat trip, Old Town Antalya, a cave, and more. The bus was nice, and we appreciated having free time to explore.
The experience was somewhat disappointing due to poor organization and a lack of information throughout the program.
