This was our family's first experience, and I made the booking online beforehand. The two staff members on the boat were exceptional—organized and attentive, clearly passionate about their work. However, I believe safety should be prioritized before the activity begins. Our group of nine received no explanation on safety procedures or how to maintain stability while in the air; we were simply instructed to wear our vests and get on the boat. Additionally, the two women at the ticket booth were not welcoming. They only had us sign a form and put on wristbands outside without providing any information about what to expect or answering any questions. Despite driving to Kelowna for this experience, we didn’t feel the customer service was friendly. More guidance would have been appreciated, as they spent much of the time on their phones or conversing with each other. Overall, I'm grateful my son had a great time, but from a parent's perspective, improvements are necessary in customer service and safety explanations in case of emergencies. Fun is important, but safety and good service matter too.
My family enjoyed this for the first time and it was incredible. We tried the triple option, which was very relaxing, and the scenic views were stunning. Great job to the staff!

We reserved a triple parasail experience for the first time and were quite nervous. Unfortunately, my 13-year-old ended up in a lot of pain due to improper weight distribution in the sail, and he was brought down after only a couple of minutes. When I requested a partial refund for him, the captain denied it, despite initial suggestions at the front desk that a refund might be possible. No one offered him guidance on how to sit properly for a better experience afterward, and now he has bruises. Paying $330 for just a 10-minute sail feels excessive, especially given how my son suffered. I've reached out via email and haven't received any response. They seem overly aggressive in soliciting reviews, which is concerning. I recommend that people explore other parasail options in Okanagan first and do more research.
We had a fantastic time parasailing during our grandchildren's visit to Kelowna. Quinn and Niko were incredibly warm and friendly, providing clear explanations that made us feel safe and welcomed. The experience of being high above the water was exhilarating, and we couldn't stop smiling for hours afterward.
We joined Luke and his team for the second time, first in September 2023 and again today. Their setup is excellent, the crew is fantastic, and it's exceptionally family-friendly. I highly recommend this experience.
