We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with this company. It was the family's first time parasailing with kids aged 9, 11, and 15. They were well-organized, efficient, and prioritized safety. Although our original booking needed to be rescheduled due to wind (which was reasonable), we appreciated the early bird rate and would definitely choose them again.
The sales representative was quite helpful and provided a lot of useful information. The crew on the boat demonstrated exceptional skill and clarity in their instructions. The quality of the equipment, including the boat, engine, and harness, was top-notch. The captain expertly navigated the boat, ensuring a very safe experience. Unsure of what to expect, I was both nervous and excited, so we booked with Okanagan Parasail near the Delta Grand, where we met James, Rob, and Alan. What an exceptional team! James handled the booking, Rob, our Deckman, provided thorough explanations, and Alan was our driver. We felt cared for from start to finish and completely safe throughout. The parasailing experience was incredible — such an adrenaline rush, and the views were breathtaking. If you're in Kelowna and want to go parasailing, definitely visit Okanagan Parasail. You won't regret it and will walk away with amazing memories. I appreciate the fantastic ride and will be back, plus I will recommend you to anyone interested in trying it.

They use the parachute with the Canada flag, which really stands out, and the location is incredibly convenient—just steps away from the Delta Hotels by Marriott Grand Okanagan Resort—making it easy to fit into our plans. The booking process was straightforward with quick responses via phone or email, and the team was friendly throughout. They even accommodated us on short notice, which we appreciated. We opted for the tandem parasailing and added the photo package, both of which were definitely worth it. The actual experience was smooth, enjoyable, and thrilling just the right amount. The crew ensured we felt safe while still providing excitement, and the views were breathtaking. We were right next to another company using a yellow parachute, and after chatting with some who chose them, we're really glad we picked Okanagan Parasail. The overall vibe and experience were much better. If you’re on the fence, go for it. It quickly became one of our favorite activities in Kelowna. Highly recommend!
