I booked this on the same day and the payment was immediately deducted from my account. When I arrived at the meeting point, I found out that the cruise was canceled, but I hadn't been notified and had to ask someone else. I lost $260. After contacting the operator, I learned that all cruises had been canceled, but it was still possible to book through TripAdvisor. They promised a refund within five days, but it's now been that long and I haven't received anything. The email stated the refund would go to my PayPal account, but I used my credit card, as I don't have PayPal. It's frustrating dealing with these people, as they take your money and it's challenging to get a response to fix the problem.
