This experience felt like a blatant money grab. It was meant to be a scavenger hunt competition, but the starting business had no knowledge of it, and there were no other participants. After milling around town waiting for our game time, we ended up taking pictures at places we had already visited for the first clues. After repeating this a few times, we realized it wasn’t worth it and were quite disappointed to have paid $22 each. I cannot recommend this activity.
We had no idea what to expect, but it turned out to be an exciting experience. Our guide was supportive, engaging, and made the outing enjoyable. It was a delightful way to spend some of our vacation time.
