The crew was both professional and friendly, skillfully navigating the boat to prevent seasickness while allowing us to observe the whales without causing them distress. We encountered numerous whales, dolphins, otters, and even bald eagles. This was our first excursion in Alaska and our second whale-watching tour, and choosing this team was an excellent decision. You won't regret it.
This tour was truly amazing. The boat featured both an indoor area to stay warm and an outdoor deck for optimal viewing. We observed active orcas for approximately 45 minutes, and the guides were very knowledgeable, addressing all our inquiries. I highly recommend this experience.
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the whale watching tour. Our bus driver, Otto, and Naturalist, Rio, provided great insights about the local wildlife and tips for spotting them in their natural environment. The boat was heated, enclosed, and offered snacks and beverages, along with comfortable decks for wildlife viewing. Boat driver Austin and Rio guided us to see a humpback whale, orcas (including a baby that breached), Dall's porpoises, and sea lions. We booked this trip at the last minute and were incredibly impressed by the company’s expertise and hospitality. We would give it 10 stars if we could.
This family-run business makes you feel like part of their family. From the start of the trip, we experienced warm hospitality. The captain and naturalist were impressive, and we spotted at least six whales for extended periods. Hot chocolate, coffee, and a snack bag with six treats were provided. It was a fantastic excursion, and I highly recommend it.
