This experience was absolutely our favorite and will remain memorable from the trip. The glacier was stunning, and the views from the helicopter were incredible. I highly recommend it, and don't forget to bring a water bottle to collect glacier water.
The tour was cancelled due to bad weather, but we were asked to arrive 45 minutes early and were made to wait until the scheduled time to learn of the cancellation. It was very frustrating. While safety is important, they should have communicated sooner so we could choose an alternative tour and make better use of our time.
An essential experience in Juneau! It may be pricey, but it's truly worthwhile and a unique opportunity. Don't miss out on it. This company is excellent and prioritizes safety at every turn.

My wife and I were extremely impressed by the professionalism and skill of Juneau Shore Excursions during our helicopter tour of Herbert Glacier last week. This operation is truly top-notch, well organized, and staffed with capable individuals, along with impressive aircraft. Our pilot, Adam, is a certified flight instructor, which was particularly meaningful to me as a private pilot. We strongly recommend both this tour and the operator.
This was an incredible experience. Having never been on a helicopter or to Alaska, I felt anxious but knew I had to take the plunge. The staff at the site were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and reassuring. Everything was so well organized that I had no doubts. We were punctual and relished every moment of the flight to the glacier. We brought a water bottle to collect some glacier water, which was fantastic. I highly recommend this outing to anyone visiting Juneau. It was significantly colder on the glacier than in town, so make sure to dress appropriately. Otherwise, just soak in the stunning natural beauty.
