The experience didn't meet our expectations. We envisioned a ride through forest trails, but ended up on the highway, stopping a couple of times for photos and then taking a brief hike. It was pleasant, but a bit disappointing.
The ride was shorter than I anticipated, but it was still enjoyable. The guides were excellent, and the bikes were simple to handle. It was a lovely day, with a distant view of Mendenhall Glacier across the bay.
Despite the rain, riding an E-bike amidst the beautiful scenery of Juneau was fantastic. RJ and Phoenix were excellent guides.
I chose this company after reaching out to several to confirm that they could accommodate my partner’s height of 6'4" and my need for a step-through bike. Iride promptly responded, allowing for discussion to ensure it was a good match. We met the van driver just a short walk from where we got off the ship and were taken to a delightful bike ride and brief hike. The two guides were fantastic; one was a retired US Forest Service employee while the other was on a gap year before college. They were knowledgeable, engaging, and occasionally funny. Although we would have preferred a longer bike ride (it’s 10 miles), that option wasn’t available, so we nearly reconsidered signing up. The 1-mile hike was just right for us. We were very pleased we chose to participate. It was a wonderful experience, and we gained valuable insight about the area. The group included riders of various sizes, ages, and skill levels, with two participants claiming they hadn’t biked in 20 years, yet everyone seemed to have a great time.
James was a fantastic guide, offering deep insights into the history of the town, its landmarks, and the forest trees. While I would have preferred a dedicated bike trail instead of road riding, traffic was minimal, which made it manageable. The views were stunning, and the forests were beautiful, though the heavy rain on the return ride was a downside.
Our guide, William Wallace, was outstanding. As an older couple, just the two of us, we truly had a wonderful experience. He made it unforgettable. We're from Sacramento, California, and it's been months since our trip. Thank you again, William.

The e-bikes were excellent and easy to ride, with clear instructions provided. The commentary was fantastic, offering valuable insights about Juneau and the rainforest ecosystem. We even spotted a whale and an eagle.
I had a fantastic time. The combination of biking and sightseeing was just right. I really appreciated the knowledge I gained about the landscape throughout the journey. Although I'm not an expert cyclist, using the e-bikes was quite easy.
