I booked and confirmed the Singapore Day Tour, but there was no pickup at 8 am as scheduled. We received an email 12 hours after the tour was supposed to start, stating that they couldn't accommodate us due to an error by a crew member. While they apologized, I would have preferred to be informed of the cancellation well before the tour date.
The tour was fantastic. Our guide was attentive, patient, and friendly. We visited all the sights and enjoyed every moment. It was definitely worth it.
