I found this tour through TripAdvisor but decided to book directly with Jungewalla since I've enjoyed their tours in the past. Our guide, Sharool, was excellent. He contacted us just five minutes before pickup to share the van's plate number and arrived at our hotel quite early. Each of us received a pair of binoculars, and he took us to different locations in Desaru Cove. Although it was the rainy season and bird sightings were limited, we were still impressed by his keen eyesight. He guided us to a kingfisher and the highlight was when he spotted a woodpecker right in front of us, allowing for a clear view.
It was truly incredible; we encountered various birds and animals. Udin is an excellent guide who provided us with detailed information about Desaru. Thank you very much!
