Everything was well organized, and I enjoyed the entire experience. The sights were amazing, and the food was fantastic. I highly recommend it.
We booked the tour with Jupiter Tours two months in advance and were under the impression that service fees, meals, and admission tickets were not included, which was acceptable to me. However, on the first day, the guide informed us that we had to pay an additional $310 per person for "mandatory tours" to receive the service, which was significantly more than just the admission fees listed on the official website. After paying for these mandatory tours, the total cost more than doubled. I find it misleading that the extra tour costs were not disclosed upfront, leaving us no choice but to accept it once on the bus. The price originally stated does not cover the itinerary advertised, which feels like false advertising. Additionally, the tour guides were unprofessional, and their English proficiency made it difficult to understand them.
Daniel is a wonderful young guide who was friendly and accommodating. He ensured we saw all the sights we wanted with excellent timing. We were captivated by his insights, especially when he shared extra information about nearby places during our journeys. The food and accommodations surpassed our expectations, making the entire experience fantastic.
Chris served as my guide on this excursion, and he was incredibly helpful and kind, providing thorough explanations throughout. This was my first solo journey, and the experience will always be fondly recalled. The selected attractions and views were exceptional.
We chose this tour based on my brother's recommendation from the US. Our guide, Kevin, was very hospitable and helpful, and he spoke both English and Chinese fluently, which was great since most of our group was Chinese. He managed the schedule extremely well.
The sights are stunning. The tour, led by Sunny, covers much of the northeastern United States. The hotel is spacious, providing plenty of activities. Lunch and dinner were both very enjoyable.

The tour guide and driver provided good service. However, this Chinese company requires frequent bus changes, as we switched three times without prior notice. On the way back, we had to make a detour to drop off passengers at the airport before returning to Flushing. Overall, their operations were quite disruptive and unsettling.
