I am puzzled as to why a refund for this trip is not possible. Additionally, I believe it's unnecessary for everyone to be vaccinated, as some individuals have adverse reactions to the vaccine.

Experiencing a dinner cruise on a clear, warm summer evening offers stunning sunset views. The crew on the boat was friendly and accommodating. While the food was decent, it wasn't extraordinary. Our main reason for going was to enjoy the sights of the New York skyline and the Statue of Liberty, which did not disappoint. I highly suggest this tour, especially for those staying in Jersey City rather than New York.
The air conditioning was nonfunctional, making for an uncomfortable experience. The food was mediocre, and the staff lacked courtesy. There was no available parking or guidance on alternatives. Additionally, the departure was delayed. It was a terrible experience that I would not repeat.
It was a fantastic experience exploring the nighttime attractions of New York, such as the Statue of Liberty. The staff was courteous and attentive, and there was a good selection of food. However, only water, tea, or coffee are included in the basic price, and the photos taken at the start are quite expensive. The entire excursion lasted three hours, but one hour was spent boarding guests from New Jersey and New York, as we boarded in New Jersey.
I was at the dock when I learned my trip was canceled. I was then informed that someone else should have notified me about the cancellation.

The experience was enjoyable overall, but the food was disappointing. While the salmon was tasty, the rest was cold and overcooked. I’m a huge foodie, and though I expected buffet-style quality, I was let down by the food standards. The woman who served the beef and oversaw the buffet was fantastic and even danced along with the music. It was my wife’s birthday, but unfortunately, the server didn’t inform the DJ, so her name wasn’t announced. I love NYC, and the cruise itself was quite nice.
