This was an awful experience for my wife and her friends. They were delayed by traffic on their way to a bachelorette party cruise, arriving just 8 minutes late. Although others encouraged the staff to let them board, the employees refused, stating that they only allow a strict cutoff. The boat was still docked, yet an employee was rude and failed to explain why they couldn’t get on, and after 12 minutes, the boat left without them. It’s unacceptable to treat paying customers this way, especially when they’re kept waiting. I suggest choosing a different river cruise line that values its customers instead of just focusing on profits.
