Discovering four fantastic restaurants in Jasper during this culture and food walking tour was a delightful experience. Our guide, Natasha, shared insightful details about the local ingredients in each dish, along with the beer, wine, or whisky pairings. The small group allowed for meaningful conversations and a clear understanding of Natasha's insights. Every dish, from the braised bison appetizer to the salmon salad and the beef with poutine, finishing with a deconstructed cheesecake, was exquisite. The restaurants were conveniently close together. We picked this tour for our first day in Jasper, and it has given us great ideas for where to dine in the coming days.
