We had a wonderful experience. It was an excellent adventure for the family. The staff was friendly, organized, and well-prepared. We will certainly participate again—next time, we'll choose the longer option.
We visited Jasper for a bachelorette party and had a fantastic experience whitewater rafting. The rapids were just right, and our guide was incredibly supportive, especially when we wanted to turn in circles at one point. We're excited to plan another trip next year, aiming for level 3 rapids for more fun. A big thank you to Ella, Josh, and Adam for the unforgettable memories!
We had an excellent family outing with our two teens. Francois was not only funny but also highly skilled. The safety briefing was impressive, and we wholeheartedly recommend this experience, especially for first-time rafters like us.
This was an excellent experience for families; we had seven kids and four adults divided over two boats. The guides were fantastic and provided us with some interesting information.
As novice rafters, we found our guide, Francois, to be excellent at easing our worries and navigating the rapids with care. The views were stunning. Stephen, our bus driver and assistant, was very helpful. Once we got the hang of it on the river, we found ourselves wishing the adventure could last longer.
A relaxing river rafting adventure, perfect for first-timers. The guides were friendly and had extensive knowledge about the area.
By early afternoon, we found ourselves boarding a yellow bus that resembled something from a schoolyard, making our way towards the river. This trip was not to a classroom but to experience our first rafting adventure. The bus ride was vibrant, filled with fellow travelers from Scotland, England, Ontario, and even a few kids, which eased our worries, confirming that the experience would be more enjoyable than frightening. At around 1:30 PM, we began our journey, chatting and laughing as we anticipated paddling downstream. While the bus ride was an exciting prelude, the real adventure awaited us on the water. For an hour and a half, we paddled, splashed, and allowed the river to guide us. During our rafting experience, we encountered remarkable wildlife: • Two impressive elk standing majestically on the shore, showcasing the wilderness of the area. • An osprey that soared right above us, returning to its nest. The sight of its wings slicing through the air was truly memorable.
Chris was an excellent guide, sharing many fascinating facts about the river. We were lucky enough to see some elk as well. Our bus driver, Steve, also shared helpful local insights.
The rafting experience was outstanding. Our guide, Chris, prioritized safety while ensuring we felt at ease. He was both knowledgeable and friendly. Luke also captured wonderful photos of our adventure.
I strongly recommend this white water rafting experience on the stunning Athabasca River. As a novice swimmer, I chose Grade II, and Chris ensured I felt comfortable; it was perfect for families. Chris and our driver Tye were both friendly and informative. Our entire family enjoyed it thoroughly, and I would certainly do it again.
