A brief introduction to the team will take place along with an overview of the itinerary, and luggage can be stored on-site if needed. • Visit Kuldhara, a village founded in the 13th century and abandoned in the 19th century, likely due to water shortages. • Explore the scenic Khaba Fort, which is positioned on a hill overlooking the region. • An adventurous jeep ride will take you to the desert camp where a two-hour camel safari begins. Each participant will have one camel for an uninterrupted ride to enjoy the desert scenery. Witnessing the sunset from the dunes offers a memorable sight as the sky and sands transform in color, creating a spectacular view. As twilight approaches, the desert cools down, preparing for nighttime, and this is often a great time to observe wildlife. As darkness falls, the clear starry sky can be seen without light interference. After a wonderful time in the desert, you'll return to the desert resort where a warm welcome awaits with tea and snacks, along with a cultural show featuring local musicians and dancers performing traditional music and dances. Participation is encouraged, and the lively atmosphere is often hard to resist. Snacks and a fully stocked bar will be available. As the evening progresses, dinner will be served buffet-style featuring local specialties made from the freshest ingredients. A bonfire will be maintained throughout the night to keep warm. By 10 PM, a driver will safely return you to Jaisalmer.
