Nearby is KHICHAN village, where thousands of Demoiselle Cranes (locally known as Kurja) gather for about 5 to 6 months due to favorable conditions provided by the local villagers, returning to their breeding grounds in March-April. Many folk songs celebrate these migratory birds. • The ancient temples of Osian are regarded as sacred. Once a significant trading hub from the 8th to the 12th centuries, Osian now stands as a desert oasis featuring sixteen Brahmanical and Jain temples, most of which are masterfully sculpted and have withstood the test of time. The largest among these are Sachchiya Mata Temple and Mahavir Jain Temple, both of which remain active. • Subsequently, there will be a drive to Jodhpur City, where guests will be dropped off at their preferred location.
