• The day trip begins in the morning with a pickup from your accommodation in Jaipur, followed by a drive to Pushkar in a private air-conditioned vehicle with a knowledgeable driver. The journey lasts approximately 3 hours. Upon arrival, the first stop will be Brahma Temple, located near the sacred Pushkar Lake. This Hindu temple is among the few dedicated to the creator-god Brahma in India and is the most significant of them. After visiting the temple, lunch will be provided at a restaurant. • Pushkar Lake is a key pilgrimage site, surrounded by numerous temples and ghats for bathing. It attracts thousands of devotees each year who come to take a dip in its holy waters for spiritual merit and salvation. • Following the lake, there will be an opportunity for a camel ride along sandy paths and through remote villages, lasting about 45 minutes. A jeep ride may be arranged for an additional cost but is subject to availability; if interested, inform the guide. • In the evening, a visit to Savitri Temple will be made via cable car, situated at the summit of Ratnagiri Hill. The temple is dedicated to Brahma’s wife, and from the top, you can enjoy impressive views of the city and lake. Pictures of the area can be taken. After concluding the tour in the evening, transportation back to Jaipur will be arranged. • A visit to the local market in Pushkar will be included for shopping. Items available range from embroidered clothing and silver jewelry to leather goods and decorative pieces, including miniature paintings and colorful puppets.
