I attended the tour last night and found it disappointing. The group was quite large, and the host often spoke while walking ahead, making it impossible for those of us at the back to hear. He would reference things without any context, like pirates, and by the time we stopped, we had missed important information. My husband and I left early because we couldn't follow along, despite paying extra for additional stops and the ghost item. It felt like a waste of money, and I will be advising others against using this company.

Our group of three decided to take this tour. While the meeting point was convenient, parking required a fee. The guide arrived on time but didn’t introduce himself. Out of 26 participants, we quickly dwindled to 20 within five minutes, and by the end of the hour, only 14 remained. He walked quickly, making it hard to hear him unless you were standing very close. He mentioned it was his first tour but didn’t share any scary stories.
