The clues were enjoyable, though some were quite difficult and nearly impossible to figure out. However, the route was problematic. Those unfamiliar with Jacksonville might find themselves in risky situations, as one part of the scavenger hunt leads to an unsafe area after dark. Additionally, it takes participants down a construction zone that is unpaved, closed to traffic, and has walkways that are also shut off. It's definitely not accessible for individuals using wheelchairs or walkers who might want to join in.
I had a wonderful day discovering the San Marco area while tackling enjoyable riddles. I highly recommend this activity. It's a pleasant stroll, and the puzzles were challenging but manageable.
