The guide, Suzanne, along with the driver, Thomas, who was also a guide, and the entire staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They made both my niece and me feel relaxed during the ride to the launch site. They were quick to highlight wildlife while we enjoyed a scenic float, allowing us to capture numerous photos of the stunning landscapes. Our group of six, ranging from 5 to 80 years old, enjoyed a peaceful journey while taking in the stunning views of the Tetons from a unique angle. We spotted beavers, a marmot, numerous bald eagles, a golden eagle, and a pelican. It's perfect for those seeking a calmer experience with just a hint of thrill at the end. Mornings can be cool (we went at 8:15), so dress accordingly, but they provide blankets and ponchos. You can also grab a new hoodie or sweatshirt at the shop before setting off.
