Our family had an incredible time on this adventure. My husband, our two teens (ages 15 and 14), and I all enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Our guide, Ben, was both knowledgeable and experienced, genuinely passionate about his work. He took the time to connect with everyone on the raft. This was our family’s first experience, and we absolutely loved it. Ben let my 14-year-old daughter sit up front during one of the rapids, and she got soaked while we all shared a laugh. It was exciting without being overwhelming, making it a true highlight of our trip. I highly recommend this for families or anyone. The beautiful scenery, abundant wildlife, and lots of fun truly made it memorable.
This part of our trip was truly memorable. Booking online was straightforward, and checking in was effortless. Our guide, Brennan, was exceptional—both humorous and well-informed, which made our experience remarkable. Our children, aged 6 and 9, thoroughly enjoyed it, as did my husband and I. Most of the rapids were class I and II, but we did encounter a class III, which we loved the most. We appreciated the chance to jump out and take quick swims, even if the water was chilly; as Wisconsinites, we managed just fine. We wholeheartedly endorse Lewis and Clark River Expeditions and plan to raft with them again on our next trip.
We thoroughly enjoyed this trip. Our raft guide, Benjamin, was both fun and knowledgeable. Our children, aged 20, 17, and 14, had a fantastic time, making this one of the week's highlights.
The trip was incredibly safe and a lot of fun, thanks to our fantastic guide, Danny! His boat handling skills were impressive, and he kept us entertained with his humor. It's clear he has a passion for nature. This was a 5-star experience and the highlight of our journey!
Our guide Izak was fantastic! With a family of 12 ranging from 7 to 73 years old, he ensured everything was memorable. We enjoyed the water and everything about the experience.
Our group of seven enjoyed the Family Friendly Classic Raft experience with Danny as our guide, and it was fantastic! Danny's expertise made the float entertaining and enjoyable. The 8-mile journey lasted about 1.5 hours, offering the ideal balance of serenity and thrill. It was a standout moment of our trip, and I highly recommend booking this adventure.
We went whitewater rafting in early August, right about the end of the season. Our guide Billy was fantastic, sharing insights about the river and seasonal flow changes. We saw Ospreys and Bald Eagles and enjoyed exhilarating rapids. I even fell overboard but followed Billy's instructions and was quickly rescued. It turned out to be an exciting adventure with great photo opportunities. Just a heads-up: water levels depend on nature, so it's wise to call ahead for updates to prepare accordingly.
The experience on the river was beautiful and enjoyable without being too intense. It was a relaxing trip with some exciting rapids. Our guide Billy was knowledgeable, courteous, and had a great sense of humor. Overall, it was a very pleasant outing.
The guide provided insights into the history of the river and Jackson Hole. It was thrilling, yet we always felt secure. We had the chance to rotate positions, and my husband and I enjoyed a fantastic time at the front. There were also opportunities to jump in and swim at various spots along the river. If you're in Jackson during the warmer months, this experience is essential. Thanks to Mitch for making this one of our most memorable excursions.
This was an excellent trip with a quality family-owned company that kept things relaxed. There were no large crowds, and our guide Luke was fantastic—knowledgeable, humorous, and enhanced the rafting adventure. The pre-trip emails provided great advice on what to wear and other useful tips.
