The experience exceeded our expectations, creating cherished family memories. Having been on various rafting trips, I found this one in mid-August to be relatively mild in terms of risk. Beginners will surely enjoy it. Our guide, Ree, was very skilled and welcoming. I took along a waterproof phone holder, despite the guidance against it, and securely tucked it into my life jacket to avoid any loss. We opted for the complete photo package from Snake River Photos, which included a video, costing around $120. There’s another company, Float-o-graph, that offers similar services without the video at a comparable price. I must say, the photos were a worthy investment and should definitely be factored into the overall cost of the experience.
Just accept that you'll get wet. Our guide and group were fantastic, and everything was arranged perfectly. Be sure to bring a towel or plan to buy one.

We chose to sit at the back and let the younger paddlers take charge since we both underwent shoulder replacements. The scenery was absolutely stunning. It was also our birthday!
