The waffles and scenery were fantastic throughout this experience. Be sure to bring an umbrella or a raincoat, as the weather can change rapidly. We enjoyed a Baileys and hot chocolate while waiting for the rain to clear, and then the day turned beautiful again. I highly recommend this adventure.
Visiting at the tail end of the season was fantastic; we only shared the gondola with eight others. The fall colors were stunning, and the view from the mountain's summit was spectacular. The new walkway over the area, which wasn’t there during my last visit five years ago, was definitely a highlight.
