De Shaun was a great guide to interact with. While I understand it was a beginner ride, the scenery was somewhat dull since we didn’t venture far from the Ranch. The horse, Chuck, was well-behaved. To improve the experience, it might help to switch the order of riders so those at the back can better hear the commentary.
The experience was truly fantastic. Over two hours, we received instruction, got settled on our horses, and enjoyed the ride. The ranch staff were welcoming and even took pictures for us. The horses were both charming and easy to manage. Throughout the ride, the scenery was stunning. In the summer, there’s a small inn and ice cream shop available. The ranch is easily accessible, roughly an hour from Jackson Hole. I highly recommend this ride to both beginners and seasoned riders.
