I initially booked this trip for a Sunday, but they requested to move it to Saturday, and we agreed. When we reached the boat, the Captain informed us that we had to return to the dock due to an engine problem, which he said was recurring but usually manageable. He mentioned it was the best snorkeling day he had seen in a while with no wind. We rescheduled for Monday, but at 7:30 am that morning, we received a call canceling the trip due to wind. I’m giving one star not for the experience, since we never went, but because of the scheduling issues.
Our friend Angela suggested we drive to Islamorada for a better chance at visibility due to the high winds in Key West, and we're so glad we took her advice and booked this trip. The captain and crew were excellent, making us feel welcome right from the start. The boat was spotless, and the hospitality was wonderful. The equipment was of high quality, allowing us to enjoy quality family time while exploring beautiful reefs filled with diverse fish and marine life. We hadn't been able to appreciate the waters around Key West much this time of year, so this experience was a delightful surprise. The refreshments and overall care provided by the company were outstanding. We will definitely return and bring many more friends along. Highly recommend.

This was one of the standout experiences of our Spring Break holiday in Islamorada. Although the seas were a bit choppy for snorkeling, the captain extended our time at the sandbar to compensate. The boat was very comfortable, and both the captain and first mate were friendly and attentive. They served snacks and drinks, actively distributing them to guests rather than just indicating the cooler. If you're visiting, this is definitely worth half a day of your time.

At Alligator Reef, we enjoyed an abundance of colorful fish, sharks, and a stingray before relaxing at the sandbar. It truly was a perfect day. We will definitely choose this boat again whenever we're in the Keys.
