Thanks to Jennel and Josh for a fantastic family experience. The mangrove tour was enjoyable, we spotted a shark, and speeding across the ocean was thrilling. A wonderful activity!
Josh and Chris were fantastic guides, making our first jet ski experience truly unforgettable. It was a wonderful mix of high-speed fun on open water and leisurely exploration. Thank you for an amazing time.
A wonderful day spent on a wave runner exploring Islamorada. Jumping over waves and cruising through the mangrove tunnel provided a great experience for everyone involved.
A fantastic mix of racing over the ocean and leisurely navigating through the mangroves. Janette was our guide and made the experience enjoyable. We spotted huge Tarpon, impressive mansions, and abandoned sailboats. It was an excellent way to learn about the local geography, and the equipment was top-notch.
This tour was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Janelle was an outstanding guide, and Chris made using the jet skis a breeze. We appreciated the free time on the jet skis as well as the more relaxed pace of the tour, which included a quick swim. Janelle even captured photos throughout the tour and shared them with us afterward.
The duration of the tour was perfect for exploring and enjoying a variety of sights. Our guide, Sharkey, was excellent and captured several photos of us along with a mother dolphin and her calf that approached our jet skis.
We scheduled a tour for March 24, which included four jet skis for four people. Upon our arrival, the owners informed us they only had two available. We believe we should receive a refund. Despite numerous inquiries about the refund process, we were repeatedly told it would happen automatically through Tripadvisor, but we have yet to see any refund. We have sent several messages to the organizer via Tripadvisor; they only responded that they would "check" on it, and we still have no answer or money back. While the tour itself was enjoyable, we did not stop at any sandbanks, which meant we couldn't switch drivers or ride our jet skis, even though we had reserved one each. We request an immediate refund.
The organization was quite lacking. Although we arrived on time for the 10:30 tour, which was supposed to include 30 minutes of snorkeling, the restroom was out of service, forcing us to walk to a nearby hotel. Additionally, the credit card machine was down, and they kept our AMEX for the entire 2 hours. There were only two staff members, and they took over 30 minutes to assist one family with a boat rental. We finally launched at 11:15, which was far from being on schedule. On a positive note, the waverunners were in excellent condition, and our guide was exceptional. Once we finally got started, it turned into an enjoyable trip.
It was a fun and exhilarating experience. I wouldn't recommend it for inexperienced drivers, but there was plenty of opportunity to drive fast and spot wildlife. The sandbar stop for photos was a nice addition.
Janelle led us on an exhilarating ride across the ocean, through mangrove tunnels, and past the luxurious homes of the wealthy. After another thrilling run, we enjoyed some wading time at a sandbar before heading back. The experience went by quickly, and Janelle was fantastic.
