The cruise we booked to Norway through Trips El Corte Inglés in Mexico was marred by a poor experience with the agency. Despite paying for a cabin with a balcony for three people, we received two small interior cabins without windows or natural light. The shipping company claims this is what was booked by the agency; we actually paid for a balcony cabin and were given the least expensive option instead. While they say a refund will be issued, it won't happen for four months. However, the MSC cruise itself was fantastic, featuring great food, attentive service, enjoyable excursions, and excellent music and shows.
