Reviews
The performance was enjoyable, the staff were welcoming, and the venue is quite pleasant. The food was excellent as well. Overall, it was a reasonable investment of both time and money.
I had an enjoyable evening by the beach with fantastic dancers and delicious food. Thank you to the entire team for a great night.
It was an enjoyable evening, and the food was excellent. However, the seats were quite uncomfortable and made it hard to see the stage. We weren't aware of the different packages, which left us seated at the back.
It was a wonderful experience—very enjoyable and well-organized. I suggest making the most of your travel time as well. Highly recommended.
The experience was decent, but I wasn't informed about the different colored bands when I bought the tickets. We received red bands, while others with green and yellow enjoyed better seating and perks, which made us feel like the lowest tier group. This significantly impacted my enjoyment. Despite the high price, I don't find it worthwhile and wouldn't recommend it. I rated it three stars for the tour guide and dancers.
The experience was great. Everything ran on schedule, and the guide was very knowledgeable.
The bus ride was honestly the highlight. I would recommend saving your money. The show was decent, and the audience interaction had its humorous moments. The house band performed well. The food was only mediocre at best, served buffet-style, and the pork, fish, chicken, and beef were all lukewarm. The venue itself was situated in a rather industrial area, leaving me uncertain about how this experience compares to other choices.
The experience did not meet my expectations. After a long bus ride of over an hour from Waikiki, we had to wait an additional two hours before we could eat, with our meal at 7:30. We were seated at picnic tables with strangers who were just as hungry and uninterested in chatting. Although the bar offered unlimited soft drinks, coffee, tea, and powdered creamer upon arrival, it did not make up for the disappointing wait that overshadowed the dancing and fire show.
Be prepared to eat only after 7:30, so have a snack beforehand. The cost of photos is quite high, and I believe they should be part of the already steep Luau price.
We had a great time. Initially, we were unsure about the address, but the kind woman at the front gate welcomed us warmly. The staff was all excellent, the food was tasty, and it was a truly enjoyable cultural experience.
