This was an incredible experience. We saw countless bears, and the photos can't capture how remarkable it was. Trent, our guide, was knowledgeable and made us feel safe throughout. I'm so impressed that I plan to return for a different tour. I wish I could give more than five stars.
This trip was truly incredible! We had the opportunity to observe numerous bears up close on the beach at Lake Clark. Trent exhibited extensive knowledge about both the bears and the region. Despite some wind and rain, I would rate this experience a full 10 out of 10. I highly recommend it!
Everything went exceptionally well. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and I highly recommend taking part in it.
Absolutely fantastic! Originally, we were set to visit Katmai, but fog thwarted our plans. Adventure Airways promptly refunded us and recommended an alternative trip to Lake Clark National Park, which exceeded our expectations. The flight was short and smoothly executed. Upon arrival, we spotted at least six bears, including a mother with three cubs playing on the beach, all while comfortably seated in a well-equipped pontoon boat. We also saw a juvenile bald eagle and various birds, plus plenty of salmon. Our guide, Jessica Gable from Readout Mountain Lodge, was excellent—informative and accommodating. Our lunch featured freshly caught sockeye salmon, rice, and salad, with consideration for any dietary restrictions. I wholeheartedly recommend this experience for everyone, especially families with children who prefer not to hike for long distances but still wish to see bears.
My husband and I experienced a remarkable bear viewing adventure at Brooks Falls. It truly was a trip of a lifetime. We flew with Trent in his floatplane, and the journey was fantastic. Trent proved to be an outstanding pilot, making us feel secure and confident throughout. Once at Brooks Lodge, we spent three hours on the ground. It was an incredible experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone interested in observing these magnificent animals.
What an incredible day! Trent was fantastic, and the bears were amazing. He knew precisely where to take us while ensuring we felt safe throughout the experience.
What an unforgettable trip filled with lasting memories. Our heartfelt thanks to Trent for providing such an incredible experience that surpassed our expectations. The flights were smooth and offered stunning views. At Katmai, we trekked over two miles in hip waders through streams and fields, encountering numerous bears. Some came quite close, but we felt secure thanks to Trent’s expertise.
What a fantastic experience with delightful hosts! We spotted numerous bears and I highly recommend this trip. Our guide was incredibly calming and well-informed. The seaplane ride was wonderfully smooth, and many of us even caught some sleep during the journey.
My wife and I had an amazing experience seeing numerous bears on this trip. Trent, Judy, and Tater were exceptionally friendly, making our time even better. We didn't hike much, as all the bears were concentrated in one spot, which was fantastic.
A truly once-in-a-lifetime adventure. When visiting Homer, Alaska, encountering the beautiful Brown Bears is essential. My husband and I were prompted by a friend's recommendation to book this trip, and I can’t express how glad we are that we did. It was extraordinary. The photos we captured and the insights from our guide were exceptional. While many companies in Homer and Seward offer similar tours, we found Adventure Airways to provide a warm, family-like atmosphere that prioritizes customer satisfaction. This was one of the most remarkable experiences we've had. You will not regret it.
