I typically don’t write reviews, but I highly recommend this experience. It was a joy to spend the day with our guide, Anthony, who was very friendly and upbeat. The team genuinely cares about their guests and strives to enhance their experience. The lunch stop was enjoyable as well. They had extensive knowledge about the volcano activity and local history. I hadn't realized from the website, but they do provide pickups and drop-offs throughout Hilo.
Anthony and Ariel provided an exceptional experience. They were both enjoyable and knowledgeable, allowing us to learn a great deal about the islands while exploring wonderful locations.

Our first trip to Hawaii made unforgettable by this fantastic tour. The guides were excellent, and we visited Rainbow Falls, explored Volcano National Park, walked through a volcanic tunnel, and relaxed at the black sand beach where we spotted several turtles. It's a tour you shouldn't miss, and we strongly recommend it.
We took a day trip from Honolulu to join the Ultimate Big Island tour, which featured Kilauea Volcano, Rainbow Waterfall, Nahuku lava tube, and Punalu’u Black Sand Beach, where we spotted turtles. The six-hour tour was outstanding, and guides Anthony and Desmond went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Lunch was included and was both tasty and well-coordinated, with no additional admission fees to pay along the way. As locals, Anthony offered insightful commentary about Hilo and the region's volcanoes. Even though we missed Kilauea venting during our visit, the presence of Tephra gave us a real sense of its power. We highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to explore Hilo and its volcanoes.
