Interaction with workers may occur, and participation in tea plucking is possible if it is happening. A visit to the tea factory will follow to observe various stages of tea processing, including Withering, Rolling, Fermenting, Drying, and sorting. The day concludes with a tea tasting session, where participants can explore the differences in aroma, flavor, and appearance of teas produced in various ways and at different times of the year. This tasting also features teas from other regions of India and around the world, along with flavored and blended teas. • Organic Lunch: Guests will enjoy a farm-to-table experience featuring organic, locally-sourced ingredients grown on the estate or in nearby villages. Meals are crafted using traditional methods, offering an authentic taste of the region’s culinary heritage.
