  Helen was great!

  Among all the destinations on our recent cruise around Great Britain, Guernsey was our favorite. The online tour description doesn't truly capture the experience offered. We made several stops for walking around, allowing us to appreciate the main attractions, and I'm so glad we ventured beyond the town. The island is stunning, rich in history. Our guide, Helen, who grew up there, showcased her favorite places and her dry humor enhanced our enjoyment. If you have the opportunity, choose Helen as your guide with Wow A Tour.

  Well worth the money since we only spend a long weekend in Guernsey and needed transportation to see see the landmarks.

It provided an excellent overview of the island, covering the key highlights. Our guide shared valuable historical and cultural insights and took us to sites we likely would have overlooked, such as the impressive Little Chapel.

  The communication with the operator was excellent, and we ended up enjoying a private tour just for us. Barry was the perfect guide, offering a local perspective rather than the usual tourist information, which may not satisfy those seeking a historical overview. The coastal views were stunning on a sunny day, showcasing the cliffs and coves in the south and the sandy beaches to the north.

  Couldn’t get into port, but we’re still charged

  Our cruise ship was unable to dock in Guernsey, and as soon as we learned that, I attempted to cancel. Unfortunately, I received an automated response from the company and ended up losing $535. I will not use this company again.

  The tour felt very intimate and included locations that a bigger coach wouldn't typically access. Our guide, who was from Guernsey, provided us with valuable insights about the local history and sights.

  Application for reimbursement

  Reservation 1229552301 We arrived at the meeting point at 9 am after waiting from 8:30 to 9:40 am, but no one showed up to pick us up. At 10 am, someone contacted us about rescheduling for May 23, but I explained that we would only be on the island on May 22 and requested a refund for our reservation. Please let me know in French what actions you plan to take. Thank you.

  terrible customer service - avoid at all costs

  The weather prevented our cruise ship from docking in Guernsey, and we informed the tour company right away. However, they refused to provide any solution. I strongly advise against booking this tour, as they lack customer care and seem more focused on profit than service.

  Rubbish and Dissapointing

  The service failed to pick us up at the hotel and there was no response to our calls. I am reaching out to my bank to request a refund. Be cautious. Jean
