This tour offered a comprehensive experience centered around fruits and chocolate. I learned about the chocolate-making process, and my favorite part was tasting the roasted cocoa beans with crushed macadamia nuts and panela, all sourced from the same estate. You have to try them! We also enjoyed a delicious traditional lunch cooked in a clay pot, making for a lovely experience just an hour from Guayaquil. Highly recommended!
Our experience exceeded all expectations. We not only visited a chocolate farm but also explored and sampled various local fruits and vegetables. We learned about chocolate, made it ourselves, and enjoyed a delicious lunch. Javeth, our tour guide, was outstanding and communicated effectively. Having traveled extensively, I can say this experience ranks among the best.
The tour of the farm was fantastic, and lunch was included. The hotel pickup and drop-off were punctual. The guide spoke English well, and the driver was excellent.
The highlight of the experience was the enthusiasm of the cocoa farmer and chocolate maker as he showcased his farm, including a variety of fruits and surprises to sample beyond cocoa. We participated in every step of the chocolate-making process, and the lunch made by his wife was excellent. Overall, it was truly worth the money spent.
This was an excellent adventure that was both informative and enjoyable. The highlight was tasting the delicious chocolate we created. It's worth every penny and is an experience that people of all ages will appreciate.
I had a fantastic experience visiting a family-run farm where I learned about the entire process of cacao cultivation and chocolate production. We explored the orchards, sampling a variety of fruits and nuts along the way. Participating in the chocolate-making steps, from fermentation to grinding and processing, was truly insightful. The day concluded with a delightful lunch. The farm owners were friendly and welcoming, and the tour guides were professional and provided excellent translations, making the experience unforgettable.
An incredible experience! The tour guide was exceptional, providing a wealth of information and history. The lovely farm, run by a welcoming family, truly aimed to create a memorable experience for everyone.
