We thoroughly enjoyed the bike tour. Our guide, Kelly, was not only knowledgeable but also enjoyable to ride alongside. The bikes were powerful and user-friendly, the trail was fantastic, and the food at our final stop was excellent. We even returned two days later to rent bikes by ourselves and had a great time. They ensured we felt safe and at ease throughout the experience. We highly recommend this tour.
Having participated in several cycling events organized by international groups, I can confidently say that the Swamp Rabbit Trail tour with Pedego Electric Bikes of Greenville was the most impressive. Our guide provided insightful details about the locations we visited and shared future development plans for the area while ensuring our safety throughout. We gained a lot of knowledge, and the brunch in TR was wonderful. It was truly an exceptional experience.
The staff at Pedego were extremely knowledgeable about e-bikes and provided a thorough explanation on how to use the bike before I hopped on. This made me feel much more comfortable. I had an amazing experience and will definitely rent from them again whenever I return to Greenville. Great people.
Pedego at Hampton Station is an excellent spot for bicycle rentals. I have rented electric bikes from them on two occasions. They make the process simple by providing essentials like water, helmets, and bike locks, ensuring you're well-prepared for your ride on the trails. Additionally, they offer great recommendations for local restaurants and sights. Their responsiveness is impressive, as they answer calls and allow online bookings.
I rented ebikes from Pedego for the entire day to explore the Swamp Rabbit trail on a self-guided adventure. It was an incredibly enjoyable day. The staff at Pedego were extremely helpful, guiding us through the bike features and providing excellent information about the trail. It’s definitely worth the extra $10 for helmets with microphones and speakers so you can communicate during the ride; it greatly enhanced the experience. We returned earlier than expected, and they even recalculated the rate for us. Overall, a fantastic business that contributed to a great day of adventure in Greenville.
The tour was well-organized, and Kelly, our guide, was both friendly and knowledgeable. We visited places I would never have discovered on my own.
The electric bike tour was fantastic. It was mostly shaded, allowing us to explore numerous parks and pathways along the Swamp Rabbit trail, with a nice snack break during the trip.
This was my first experience riding an e-bike, and it was truly enjoyable. During the online registration, I selected a bike, but the staff recommended a better option for me, demonstrating their expertise and genuine care. I had a fantastic ride on the Swamp Rabbit Trail, and the bike was perfectly suited to my needs, performing exceptionally well. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
My wife and I have taken eBike tours in various places, and I can say this one was the best by far. Our guide, Kelly, was truly wonderful, providing great insights about the area. The state-of-the-art bike helmets with built-in Sena wireless communication were impressive; we could hear her regardless of distance. This technology is a game-changer, especially for larger groups spread out over longer distances, as it eliminates the need to stop for discussions. Very innovative!
My initial contact was with Laurel during the booking process, and she was excellent. She answered my questions, offered great insights about the tour, and was very helpful. Kelly, our guide, provided a fantastic introduction to the bike and outlined what we could expect. Her knowledge and insights about the area were impeccable. Riding the bikes was a blast. After a quick test spin and instructions, we set off. This experience will definitely be on our list for our next trip to Greenville.
