I felt completely cheated by this tour. Within five minutes, I was questioning what I had signed up for, starting with our guide Gabe's bizarre rap about wanting a paranormal show that listed various networks. At the first stop, instead of guiding us to where we could find a name on a brick, he simply moved on. After 15 minutes, there were still no ghost stories to be heard. At the next stop, he complained about not being allowed to investigate while offering a strange personal anecdote. His attempts at humor fell flat, and he seemed confused when we didn’t laugh. He finally shared a story about a troll, which I suppose was the paranormal content we were expecting. Talking to other participants afterward, it became clear we all felt this was an uncomfortable waste of money. One couple even tipped a street musician who played over Gabe’s monologue. After an hour of this awkward experience, my husband and I returned the EMF detector and left. We later encountered another family who also departed soon after us, stating things only worsened. In short, Gabe lacked direction, rambled aimlessly, and failed to engage with his group. This tour was an utter waste of our time and money.
It’s not worth your time. The guide was self-promoting and used a poor-quality headset that made it impossible to understand him. The only redeeming aspect was the lovely night.
We participated in this tour several years ago when it had many reviews, and it turned out to be a significant error. The experience felt entirely fabricated, filled with absurd tales of trolls and UFOs. The tour guide seemed unhinged, and our group leader lacked any enthusiasm. The host was outstanding and made the experience enjoyable and engaging for everyone. I would certainly participate again and recommend it to anyone visiting Greenville who wants a fun family activity. It was a wonderful experience.
Isaac was both knowledgeable and entertaining. I thoroughly enjoyed my Ghost Tour, as Greenville has an abundance of eerie stories. The cemetery was impressive and quite dark. I've experienced many ghost tours across the country, and this one is among the finest.
The guide wasn't very informative and appeared to treat the tour as more of a personal hobby. I would have preferred a deeper focus on the regional history.
Gabe was exceptional and provided a wealth of information, including some fascinating Greenville history that even I, a local, wasn't aware of. We are considering a private tour next. It was a fantastic date night that deepened our interest in the paranormal. We truly enjoyed it.
We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the history of Downtown Greenville and its darker origins. Dustin was fantastic—friendly, humorous, and genuinely enthusiastic about the paranormal. He didn't hesitate when we all arrived dressed as Wednesday Adams for the tour.
My experience was extremely disappointing. The guide spent the entire time promoting his YouTube channel and playing bad rap music. His jokes fell flat, and his ghost stories were uninteresting. He stumbled on details and even got dates wrong. I felt completely ripped off and would have preferred to leave the tour early. Avoid this tour at all costs.
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Gabe, our tour guide, was incredible. My granddaughter had the opportunity to engage in multiple activities with him. This event was truly wonderful.
