The tour was a fantastic experience with outstanding restaurants offering great food and beverages. Our guide, Faye, was remarkable and provided insightful details about Greenville's history and highlights. However, we faced a significant issue; despite receiving clear pre-tour instructions to meet at Nic & Normans at 1 Augusta St., Faye called us after we had waited 20 minutes. We had to rush about 8 blocks to join the group at Crust and Craft on Main St. This situation was unacceptable, and I am awaiting an explanation from Viator.Barbara_D
