I purchased the audio tour for the Smoky Mountains, but it never functioned properly. Even though I kept the app open before losing network connection, it still didn’t work. As a result, my payment feels wasted.
The experience was highly entertaining. I really enjoyed the music, and the narrator was excellent. Although we couldn't take the audio tour on the day we originally planned due to weather, it worked out well for us the following day.
