Pickup was prompt, and our guide was exceptional—knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely passionate about the region. The itinerary struck a perfect balance, featuring iconic landmarks alongside some carefully selected hidden gems, with just the right amount of flexibility for adjustments along the way. We also enjoyed a delicious local food break that truly enhanced the experience. Safety was a top priority, with detailed briefings and pristine equipment. What impressed me most was how our guide remembered small details and provided excellent local advice. The value for the service and quality we received was outstanding. Overall, this was a five-star experience that surpassed my expectations. I will certainly book with them again and recommend them to friends who are visiting.
I spent 350 € for an Italian guide but ended up with one who only spoke English. When I reached Casela, my tickets weren't showing up, costing me an hour. I had to pay for the pickup service, which was unhelpful. My advice is to take a taxi and buy tickets at the entrance to save 150 €.
Our day at Casela Mauritius was truly fantastic, largely due to our remarkable driver, AlKhiz. From the moment of pickup, he made us feel at ease and welcomed. His knowledge and friendliness shone, as he went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. Casela was stunning, offering numerous activities, and AlKhiz guided us perfectly throughout. The lunch was also a highlight, featuring fresh, flavorful food that was beautifully presented. We couldn’t have wished for a better day. A big thank you to AlKhiz for making our visit so special – we highly recommend this experience to anyone traveling to Mauritius.

We only went to three of the seven planned locations and spent just three hours at Casela Park. The driver was impolite and warned us that if we did not return to the hotel by 4 o'clock, he would charge us a private fee for every additional minute. The itinerary was not respected, leaving us feeling disappointed and as if we had wasted our entire day. I will not use this service again.
It was a terrible experience. It’s chaotic, and I suggest renting a car to explore on your own since it would be much more affordable and far better. The driver acted merely as a transport service, offering no guidance or information about our destinations. Additionally, he did not adhere to the schedule, resulting in missed activities. I've never encountered such incompetence in a driver before.
The company failed to pay for our tickets at the park, which led to us being approached by guards throughout the day demanding payment for tickets we had already purchased. The buffet was a nightmare; while the food was acceptable, the organization was lacking. The restaurant seemed unaware we were coming, resulting in poor service. Ultimately, we decided to end the excursion early. It was a complete disaster.
