This full-day catamaran cruise begins with a pickup from your accommodation, followed by a drive to Rivière Noire in southwest Mauritius. The boat crew meets you with a brief orientation before setting sail towards the iconic Crystal Rock, where dolphins may make an appearance. You'll have a chance for snorkelling as well.
Onboard, a BBQ lunch is prepared by the crew, served while you cruise to Île aux Bénitiers, where you can relax and take in the serene surroundings for a few hours. Chilled beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, will be available throughout the day. After enjoying the island, you will sail back to the shore, where a driver will return you to your original pickup point.

It was a delightful experience. The team was very attentive. Although the music made it a bit noisy at times, the atmosphere was lively. I would say it was definitely worth it.
We chose this tour on our cruise due to the promised pickup at the St. Louis port at 9:30, but it ended up being at 7:00 instead. We were ready by 7:30, but we couldn’t get in touch with the company through WhatsApp or phone. It was disappointing, although the refund process was handled promptly.

Benitiers Island is beautiful and tranquil, ideal for unwinding, snapping photos, or appreciating nature. Overall, it was an excellent day, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Mauritius.
