We landed at Mauritius airport on 10 Nov 2024, expecting to find a Coquille Bonheur taxi waiting for us in Arrivals. The small area had many drivers with name signs, but none for us. After an hour of waiting and watching for our name, we called the Coquille Bonheur number only to reach voicemail, with no return call. Eventually, we had to pay £50 for another taxi. We later learned we were marked as a 'no show,' but it was Coquille Bonheur who failed to show up. Despite several emails and messages, we received no refund or apology. Travelbag, our booking agent, confirmed the reservation and sought a refund, but nothing was done. I recommend that Travelbag reevaluate their partnership with this unreliable service.
We were picked up by this company from the airport and returned with them as well. The vehicles were comfortable and air-conditioned, and the drivers were friendly. Their help at the airport as we headed home, especially up to passport control, was invaluable in an unfamiliar airport. We're grateful for a smooth and stress-free trip.
Since February 2017, I have consistently relied on Coquille Bonheur for my airport and hotel transfers, as I travel to Mauritius three to four times annually. This island holds a special place in my heart, and I seize every chance to visit. I highly recommend Coquille Bonheur; their vehicles are always in excellent condition, often new, well-maintained, and very clean. The drivers are friendly, and I enjoy conversing with them during the rides. It's delightful when I encounter the same drivers again. Overall, Coquille Bonheur is a reliable, punctual service that provides a warm welcome at the airport, both upon arrival and departure.
Upon our arrival at SSR International Airport, the Coquille Bonheur Team greeted us, all dressed smartly in turquoise trousers and crisp white shirts. They promptly took care of our luggage and led us to our transport. Our driver, Luke, was incredibly friendly and shared a South London accent, as he was also from Woolwich, London, just like me. We relied on Coquille for all our transportation needs, including our return to SSR. The professionalism of the airport team was exceptional, managing our luggage all the way to check-in and even handling our golf clubs at the oversized baggage check-in. I especially want to acknowledge Yuvrin, our representative, who maintained contact throughout our holiday and was extremely helpful. Thank you to the entire team.

It was a delightful journey filled with enjoyable conversations and lots of fun.
Our experience with this transfer company was outstanding. We booked our holiday through Emirates, and they provided this service for tours and private transfers. The cars were all modern, clean, and equipped with air conditioning, which was great for us British travelers. The drivers were very careful and drove safely. It was also a nice touch to be welcomed at the airport with gifts, such as a beach bag and hat, which we used throughout our trip.

When we encountered an issue with our room's condition, she promptly addressed it and coordinated a solution with hotel management, which positively surprised us with her efficiency. Overall, we felt extremely well cared for and can wholeheartedly endorse this service.
