I was very pleased with our recent South Tour. We explored the crocodile park, which was fantastic, and then enjoyed a rum tasting at St Aubin. The tasting experience was a standout; we sampled a variety of rums, with the Vanilla flavor being my favorite. It was a fun and educational day overall.

A standout moment was our visit to La Vanille Nature Park, where we encountered giant tortoises and fascinating Nile crocodiles up close. It was a unique and thrilling experience. We also enjoyed a rum tasting at Rhumerie de St Aubin, where the beautiful setting and insights into the rum-making process complemented the sampling of various flavors perfectly. The southern region of the island is wild, picturesque, and remarkably beautiful. This tour is a wonderful way to experience a different aspect of Mauritius beyond its beaches. I highly recommend it.
