I want to let everyone know to choose Hans as your driver when booking this tour. Although it takes a while due to the numerous activities, he treated us very well. This was my second tour with them, and I'm not sure other drivers would be as great. Overall, it’s a fantastic value for the money.
I chose this tour primarily because of my love for wine, and I highly recommend it. The rum tasting made me quite tipsy, so be cautious not to overindulge, or you might miss out on the fantastic lunch provided. It's a great tour that includes stops at more than three parks. I appreciate Hans and Sham for making our four-day holiday memorable.
The experience was well worth it, and I highly recommend it. The guide was friendly with excellent communication. The lunch served was great, truly top-notch.
After booking, I received a message stating I needed to pay an additional $55 since I was a single traveler. I reluctantly agreed, and the following day, I was told they would try to find a driver for me. After waiting three hours, someone finally arrived. The driver was not very personable and spoke very little throughout the tour, only identifying the locations without providing additional details. A key aspect of a tour is having an engaging guide, but that was not the case here. During lunch, he asked if I would pay for the meal, even though it was included in the tour. I also did not receive the promised water bottle. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
Hans proved to be an excellent tour guide, providing insightful information about the sights and Mauritian culture. Despite less-than-ideal weather, we experienced everything as promised, making the trip worthwhile. I highly recommend it, and the lunch was delightful.
