The tea route was impressive as we got to observe tea pickers and tour the factory, with the guide providing great insights. However, we were let down by the tea tasting, which felt like a tourist trap with bagged tea lacking flavor. The rum shop experience was also disappointing due to insufficient staff and limited explanations about production while juggling too many visitors during the quick tasting. On a positive note, the vanilla discovery tour offered great insights and was quite engaging. The visit to the Hindu temple was stunning, but sadly, we lacked a guide for that part. In summary, this experience felt overpriced and not worth the cost.
This all-inclusive tour truly impressed us, just like our previous experience with the company. Our day on the southern tour was fantastic. Sach, our driver and guide, was excellent and ensured we felt well taken care of all day.
Having a private car for the day was enjoyable. Our driver Keshav was both friendly and helpful. After we accidentally left some belongings in his car, he ensured we received them the following day. The viewpoints were breathtaking, and lunch was delicious.
