The experience was fantastic, and I want to give a big thanks to our guides, Alex, Leah, and Andrea, who were exceptional. It was worth every penny. The two hours of zip lining were incredible, and the views of the Smokies were stunning. We had one fewer than the maximum group size, which made everything run smoothly and gave us a great group dynamic.
We reserved the Treetop Zipline Tour and arrived punctually. After submitting our waivers and being weighed, we took an exhilarating ATV ride up the hill, enjoying breathtaking views. Our guides, Rex (Kayden) and Sophia, prioritized safety while keeping us entertained and motivated throughout. We had an action-filled week, and CLIMBworks was the highlight for everyone in our group.
We had an amazing experience. Gracie, Kenzie, Emma, and Pierce provided excellent service. Although it rained during our visit, it didn’t diminish our enjoyment. We plan to return when we visit Tennessee again.

CLIMB Works exceeded my expectations and was well worth the cost. As a first-time zip liner, I felt quite scared, but our guides Alex, Graham, and Andrea were incredible. Our group had eight participants and we tackled six courses, each featuring dual lines. The guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to address any questions. The check-in and weighing process went smoothly. After the tour, we were able to look at all the pictures Andrea captured. I highly recommend CLIMB Works; you will not regret it.
